If, however, you want to do over night rentals in an apartment you’re leasing in NYC you wont have much luck.

There is no "second home" for work-- the mining operation runs its own "camp" where I live while on site.

It is standard for tenants to pay most of these in this area, but we will implement all of these value-add strategies over time rather than overnight in order to keep occupancy levels close to 100%.

The attraction to point breeze is only going to improve in my opinion with OCF Realty's plans to build 40+ townhouses, 20+ apartments, retail store frontage and Dock st brewery setting up camp on Washington ave on the border of  Graduate Hospital and Point breeze.

Karen, I won't be attending but I can recommend a tip that could save you thousands of dollars: Leave your credit cards at home.Most of the free / low cost seminars give you a few crumbs of information but are mainly sales presentations designed to "upsell" you on more expensive "boot camps" and/or "mentoring programs".They all follow the same classic sales formula, they'll tell you that it normally costs $X (you can even go on their website and see that price) but "today only" or "only for the first N people to sign up" they're putting on a special deal.They'll do the whole "this is how much it would cost individually but here's an incredible package deal" etc.

It's my goal to "get rich quick" and become an overnight success story by working on nights and weekends, making an offer every day, and opting to not buy the new car that I could totally afford.Through thousands of hours of work, I've been able to accumulate 20 doors in the last 2 years, and there are a lot of people much more successful than me here on the forums.Quick does no equal easy.
