I have 2 rentals in southeast PA that I recently purchased.

I have visited Vegas many times, is it fair to say near Summerlin is 'B' neighborhood and southeast Spring Valley is 'B/C' ? 

A piece of advice to those of you who live in expensive parts of the country/world and have your eyes on the midwest and southeast United States to get into cashflow investing...As an active BPer, BRRRR investor, and an agent who works with investors in Cincinnati, I get a boatload of messages from BP members who are looking in markets like mine for great deals (at least 20% below market, great cashflow, not a lot of rehab, etc.).

@Rene Smith I invest in California as well as midwest and southeast.

.- While I respect the data in Bill S's response, I still think the Amazon facility could impact the southeast side of town (near and around the airport).

I would just recommend areas that are not in Southeast Aurora.

The Southeast definitely has a lot going on, as does UT.
