I stopped using inspectors long ago...the last one I used said the dishwasher had a burned out motor. 

An update for myself, I've finally made the transition from RV and motor home sales to being a full time Realtor now.

They are usually just set on blocks and they are titled as Motor Vehicles in many states.  

But I know there are big motor homes and fifth wheels that are intended for full timers.

Those that are licensed will show up online, at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) website.Enter the company’s DOT number at the website and you can learn if its license and insurance coverages are current, the company’s size, safety record and crash information.If your move will be within your current state, contact the state office which oversees moving companies.

I was wondering if anyone has heard of anyone using a Class A motor home as a down payment (or full payment) for purchasing an investment property.

Also I sit here with a broken garage door motor, yet still hve the other door working fine, whereas a single door I would be without any functioning garage door.

I know the feeling...Middle of a very cold winter both the inducer & blower motors go out on a 2 yr old Lenox furnace.All under warranty except for labor & my HVAC guy is not available.

I had to replace the draft motor in it, for about $1200 (middle of the night on a weekend).

We would get large 18 wheeler trucks and didn't have the fancy motorized hand trucks.
