Rich, I gather what you are suggesting is to finance new purchases and pay-off older ones to benefit cash flow.It makes sense to me to only buy that which can be fully financed and have some cash flow.

Since I wanted to be rich, I made real estate my vehicle to get there.If the internet had been around at that time or I was born a few years later, I probably would have gone into computers since that is a good way to become wealthy also.I'm glad I chose this business.
