(if you PM /email me the address I would be glad to pull some data for you)...At a glance, you are completing a renovation on this property, but your expenses are sky high for operations...why would you have operating expenses for a freshly renovated property...and CapEX...logically, your expenses would be significantly lower for things like maintenance/repairs...Glad to assist further

Gardener or sewer/ trash for example (sometimes included in property tax bill). or if your property has any common area utilities, like electricity or water that is not individually metered between the units.

I also provide picnic table which is much appreciated by the tenants and cost $150.Privacy fences are good too.Inside again it depending on the condition, fresh paint, new light fitting, granite top banchtop @ $600 and paint the kitchen cabinets adds great value.
