I have to pay for a subscription to the washington post website, but fox news is free.

@Eva Fox I had the exact same thing happen with Zillow; it is a shock when you see it but realize it is just a computer algorithm.

I record this conversation and threaten to go to fox news and finally after being denied to speak to a supervisor I get a call back from one.

those that I see that make good money and by that I mean consistantly 6 figures to 7 figures  have 20 to 50k monthly budgets and are vertically intergrated with foxed over ahead  IE it takes a fair amount of capital to pull this off. 

See how much they  sell for When a house in that neighborhood comes up for sale I know how much it will sell for, how much the materials will cost and approx how much the labor will be I offer what will make me the profit amount I set for myself how to figure out fox up costs?
