The typical path to a million in net worth is to go to college, save money (frugal with expenses), buy a house, and invest in tax deferred accounts. 

To my knowledge, there is no “zoning districts” that students are regulated to live in, such as some other college towns in Ny.

Growing areas (population/jobs), sports teams, STR attractions, colleges, etc

Well I just got out of college and started my corporate career so that’s why I don’t have the cash on hand yet.

But I graduated 4.0 from college and have a very good ability to make sure deadlines are hit, a good ability in learning fast, and most of all I hired a consultant to guide me every step to make sure I dont miss a thing.

Imagine the worst college frat parties combined with the most obnoxious customers, combined with the highest expectations for nice furnishings.The people that are saying $8-12k are exaggerating.

Why not go get a college degree in construction management for that price….

Many of my investors have had good success doing the same strategy in the Bryan and College Station Market.

I don't want to recommend the college courses because I don't think they will have enough practical information in them.
