Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $178,000
Cash invested: $2,500

We knew we'd be in the area for at least four years, so we bought this property that has a lot of room for improvement to gain appreciation instead of sinking money into high rents. We plan to DIY and upgrade, and our exit strategy will depend on what rents look like in four years as to whether we hold or BRRR.
