Hey Matt, You're in a great position to start investing and that cashflow target after 20 years is definitely doable, especially if you keep a good rate of saving and investing every year.

The definition seems to be: "if I can think of a worse neighborhood then this must be a C".My definition is to look at the median price for the city or metro area.
