Hi there, I am local to the San Antonio area, a big fan of BP, and an investor here as well.

At least even joint ownership will help partially with basis step up.I know real estate investors are a huge fans of 1031, but I like my liquidity. 

I'm a fan of flip and hold in Baltimore as well. 

Big fan of House Hacking How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

In that case, I am a fan of Denali but both look great.

Most houses around here need to be demo'd and something modern put in it's place.I'm not really a fan of all the apartments that replace the old houses. 

I no longer recommend sec 8 in Louisville, which is a shame, because I know it helps a lot of good folks and I was a fan for many years.
