We don't get angry with our tenants when they literally call us at 3 am because a kitchen light bulb blew out (no joke) because maybe the tenants do lack in common sense, but every person on this planet does our personal best that we can do.I understand the reasons why many landlords don't want to give out their phone numbers, but when I think about how much money I make every year I am super happy with myself to know that I get only a few calls per year that are what I would consider slightly off-base, but not bothersome enough where I want to cause anxiety to people who work hard to make me a hefty profit year after year.

Now the real anxiety is starting to kick in!

I took my real estate exam on May 28th and still have not received my results. its giving me so much anxiety because I honestly don’t know if I passed or failed.

Meeting someone one time, writing a letter for an ESA, and then never seeing them again doesn't fix anyone's anxiety, stress, depression, etc.

And this offer has caused me lots of anxiety and depression for the last month.
