Now to address cash flow.  

I was able to enter the address and some info on their website and get a nearly instant report emailed to me but they followed up and I sent them pics and the scope of work and gave me a more personalized quote. 

Any attempt to expand or change this market would likely need to address these structural characteristics. 

How do I address it with the buyers if it isn’t really a “leak”?

@Craig McCarter  That issue should have been addressed in writting in the lease agreement. 

(I recall she said she has a Morrison address, but that doesn't mean she's in the city limits.)What's your goal?

Does your PM Agreement address this?

On my old website I used to remove the number part of the property address and leave it up there as "sold" so at least there was something on the website to show.
