I say we ban anyone who copies and pastes robot answers, cluttering up storage on servers for useless word filling loren ipsum type nonense.It's worse than giving someone gift cards they will never use for their birthday.

These gift campaigns are huge for referral business.I've previously used mailbox power/banner season to automate anniversary, birthday and holiday gifts.I've also looked into snappy and goody which have some nice things that fit any budget.Hope this helps!

We do it based on each guest...if we know that they have a birthday/anniversary going on, then we will leave something nice.

I don’t leave anything unless it’s noted to be a special occasion and then maybe a birthday balloon or such.  

I moved over 15 times across the US by my 18th birthday (not a military kid haha)

I've found that after setting one up, it is super easy to set up the account, no tenant necessary, just need their name / birthday / email / social.

I finally took a birthday trip one year later lol I bought on the border of Austin and Oak park.

Looking to see if you all can recommend a program that I can use to manage:1) "Deal Flow" type stuff where I'm managing possible leads for investment opportunities or just regular real estate sales to be honest.2) Marketing Emails and CRM to send clients birthday/anniversary emails or just general marketing campaign emails3) Project Management of Flips and Buy & Holds to coordinate the different trades and when they're going out to a property.  

The reason we're asking is we would like to be able to get them little gifts on their birthdays.
