@Len Roche I have had two tenant couples get divorced and in one case the man stayed and in the other, the woman stayed.

New people moved in next door and my tenants called me that night to tell me they could hear the woman, and she sounded like a cat being tortured.

Is the woman renting the two rooms by herself ok with you renting out the third room?  

They are both on the lease, and they split the security deposit and monthly rent bill.I just got a call from one of the tenants brother (neither woman speaks english very well), saying that his sister has moved out of the apartment and wants her name off the lease.
