Are you thinking of acquiring in Iowa as well or are you open to other markets?

We have our primary In a trust but thinking if it's a good idea to buy the rental in a trust as well.

Are you thinking of investing in Florida as well?

Aloha @Keith Barham, yes its geared for Lenders and Agents, however,  it works well for Real Estate Investors too!

I had looked into Pricelabes a couple years ago and didn't think it worked well for my market, but sometimes think about retrying it because so many seem to rely on it.

Alot of unknowns as you don't have the ability to walk the property beforehand, but interesting process, and pretty good deals exist there.While the Trustee Sales are cash purchases, there are many hard money options that can turn over the funds in time for the 24 hour funding required to complete the purchase.If you are interested, let me know and I can go into more detail, as well as make some other suggestions for you to consider.
