Can anyone recommend book or some resources about developing industrial warehouses.

I recently saw couple commercial ones there, one is land with wedding business and other is warehouse, do you feel it's easy to find a local manager to manage them as I am out of state ?

I have a potential seller who wants to sell a warehouse along with the double I want to get from him.

Add to lease that temperature is never to go below 50 degrees.

You can ask a realtor to help you out on those searches as they have access to geo warehouse.

In that same time, I have bought and rehabbed 15 properties, all of which are cash flowing nicely and have actually appreciated around 30%, which is saying something considering they are Class C.I am currently under contract to purchase a residential 4-plex and a 10,000 sq ft commercial warehouse. 

If you are worried about not knowing about a  loss of heat and frozen pipes you could just get an alarm that tells you if the temperature drops or electric goes out.  

Anyone know of any good resources or books on finding adaptive reuse properties (I.e. vacant warehouses, etc.) that to be converted to apartments/office/retail?

They don't want to deal with complaints because the light they bought is 1000k color temperature off some other one you have. 

It depends always on your market and market temperature, most books are written in a totally different market situation.
