Also, NeighborWorks, Habitat or the school district would have to provide a written commitment that describes their intent for the site, a firm timeline for disposition or use of the property, the intended use of the property, the scope of work that would happen and proof that the selected agency had adequate funding to pay for the work.

Don't estimate based on freebies.And if you can do the work yourself and do a good job, then you should sell your services to the buyer for doing it, and make the money.for doing it.Again, get in the habit of not putting in freebies, example, I can sell the property myself.
