It's not the no-money way to make money in Real Estate that the gurus tout it to be. 

I thought I would share it with all here to document my path and to inspire others to follow a similar path and stay away from late night guru garbage, touting something for nothing, instant gratification, diseased mind thinking.  

To all of you touting the east coast - You're absolutely right!!!

It's dangerous when people start touting facts without actually knowing what the rules and regulations actually are. 

I'll tout Advanta IRA, but I know there are several good ones out there.

He recently scammed an elderly Korean War veteran in Buffalo out of big bucks by making bogus claims about his touting ability.

Look, anytime someone touts "green" technology, there are a ton of hidden costs and anti-environmental concerns they refuse to address.
