It's possible to find motivated sellers that need cash "right now" and will sell at serious discounts but in my experience, they're as rare as hen's teeth.

i hire a company that comes out and sprays the tiles and tub with special enamel. it's about $250 per tub and around 350 for the shower tiles.they have 5 yr warranty and make it look like new. it's not FLAWLESS, but it's great and cheaper than a new bath.used them about 5 times now.

You have Marshal law in Texas we are liberal here in Oregon :)Bonding around this type of action is RARE as hen teeth and just won't happen  the only way that would happen is if the person that wanted to bond around it,  Was a Major and I mean major player in the RE business and strong armed the title company. and Remember we don't use attorneys here in Oregon or the west coast to fight these battles.

Contact a local realtor and offer to pay them for a market analysis.For rentals we put in $3-6 blinds from lowes or menards.For cabinet doors we will either paint them, or you can buy new ones from the box stores.For tubs we sometimes will re-enamel them, or replace them for $100 in parts.
