That's a lot to ask of a complete stranger!

I certainly wouldn't hand it off to a stranger on the internet (no offense).

Would you feel this is unsafe/undesirable to essentially have a stranger living on your property with you (short or long term)? 

You have to be comfortable and be able to carry yourself when you meet a group of total strangers and go into a house with them and collect money.

Then you won't have strangers in your house and you'll have 1-2 units to start with.

Think of it as an arms length transaction (or between two strangers).

They don't want their neighbors seeing their house in bad condition...They don't want strangers going through and judging them on the clutter...They also don't want to deal with picky retail buyers who want an HGTV house.
