Set up a grill , cook the steaks 

Currently analyzing a rental property with a tenant who is a heavy cigarette smoker.

I also state smokers are not considered.

I'm also needing to do the bedrooms too as there was a smoker in the house and I need to pull the carpets to get the smell out.

Smokers.Some newspapers mistakenly believe that smokers are a protected “handicapped” class.

If you're able to make it, there is an amazing group called Winvestors that meets every Wednesday morning, 9 a.m. at Lucky Brew Grille (Nall and Johnson Dr).

I even had one group of people tell me they weren't smokers until I had already screened them and sent them a lease, then admitted to being pot smokers at the last minute!  

Make sure you list your amenities, close to shopping , schools, garage, nice yard, can grill outside?

This is discriminating based on family composition.Other ways of looking a this might be impressions from Facebook search, has bank account, willing to provide vehicle registration/insurance info, smokers or not, application filled out perfectly, impressions of being overly fussy, demanding, or dramatic.  

On the more human side- we love to fish, grill out with our family on our lake, and go to the beach in an attempt to turn off our brains!
