Although depositing checks with my smartphone is pretty easy, I'd rather cut out depositing altogether so that I can go fully on remote access and not even have to be at home to deposit rent. the $1/transaction cost is definitely a better value than using up my time.

I have a fax number setup through gotvmail.com that gives me a toll free vanity number that works as a virtual pbx system that follows me no matter what office Im in, and that same number that routes calls, accepts my incoming faxes and turns them into pdf's and emails them to me as well as taking all my voicemails and delivering them to my email account as an mp3 I can listen to on my laptop or smartphone.
