My brain want's to automatically assume rents were not collected, not that they were just sitting on your $$$$ because that, wow, that's a BIG problem and a VERY bad sign of things if that's the case.

If you find that properties without central AC are sitting on the market longer or renting for significantly less, that could be a sign that it’s an important feature in Columbus.Ultimately, while the lack of central AC might narrow your tenant pool, it doesn’t have to be a deal breaker if you can find ways to compensate, either through rent pricing or future upgrades.
