The first word in my own for sale listings is Agent-Owned.Yet most everyday even the first few days of the listing I get calls/msgs from Agents and sometimes even BROKERS asking at Hello almost robotically without pause:I SEE YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL YOUR HOME ON YOUR OWN..

This is a Monster Episode - more than 90 minutes long, but worth every second.

With cure in place pipe lining you send a robot to down the mainline to cut out each service.  

YOU see that all over Chicago.. half to fully vacant buildings ... bet they would like some equity.. see you can spin it both ways.. but give me a monster balance sheet and equity over 10k a month cash flow or 20k a month cash flow any day.. that easy to replace with a job..
