I have done 100s and 100s and 100s  of move ins withe Sec 8, and they still fail us for a door rubbing on the carpet, or those .50 little plastic caps that cover the screws that hold down the toilet.  

The outdoor shot of the patio really needs that.

The seller has an open permit for the patio that's not up to code.
