Since following Robuilt and listening to numerous podcast, I developed a new vision for an entry point into the game.

Numerous costs are associated with real estate transactions, so it's critical to have a clear picture of your financial status.Due to the constant nature of the real estate sector, it is imperative to remain up to date on new tactics, market trends, and industry developments.

I see people having numerous STRs but I can't get 1 so something I'm not understanding. 

Hey Bailey, there are numerous ways to approach real estate investment.

"wets" likes water, storm, sewer, and "dries/dry" like gas, electric, etc.

We are invested in numerous multi-member LLCs owning commercial properties. 

I am looking for a partner/partners and mentors to help me get my feet wet in real estate, as well as start building successful relationships/connections.

Having remodeled numerous kitchens, I have found that at times it is easier and not much more costly to replace with RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets.Unless you just want them painted and don’t care much about how the finished product looks.
