Mobile home loan?

This week I received my first negative review from a guest.I understand that this is part of the business, but I'm just wondering what coping mechanisms does everyone revert to when this happens?

On the Farmhouse property, there was previously another house on this property and septic, wateer and electricity are already to go for another mobile/modular home.

He passed away when I was 16 and left me a paid off mobile home.

Since I last posted we now have seller lead service, skip tracing, API integration for direct mail and a mobile app for managing your business on the go.

You won't have as many headaches with mechanicals being newer and you'll be able to get cash-flow day one if you're investing in the right market.

And would that be the architect or mechanical/designers? 

What downpayment % does your finance mechanism require?

I'm looking to buy, renovate and sell mobile homes.

Get this established up front, consider it a venting mechanism, so if one party feels frustrated they have a ready way to release it.
