It will be interesting to see if Brownsville can keep pace with McAllen with the new development happening nearby.

It did not require a significant amount of out of classroom time and you can go at your own pace and timing.

Like Detroit, Saint Louis is incredibly "block by block" where one area is experiencing gentrification or at least just a stable middle class feel and that might only be 100 yards away from a street that will be un rentable, un managemeable, and honestly a bad place to get out of your car.  

If you can demonstrate a track record of executing on the business plan you set forth, the banks will continue to lend you money and as they become more comfortable with you, your loan originations will out pace your balance sheet.

You have to understand what is your strategy in the short, middle, and long term.

I was considering going into real estate investing because I would like to cut out the middle man ( the broker that is) lol and have some diversity with my license, not just helping people buy and sell houses.

Most of the time my agent screenshots their texts back and forth and just feels like a middle man.Any advice?
