I’m still perplexed why this large legal group is convinced they can attached deadlines based on good faith after all this- Obviously they want me to hire them, but is there any merit to this strategy?

@Dan Sheeks I taught the personal management merit badge at my old boy scout troop for a few years.

Once you build up some experience and history, the banks will back off on your personal information and start to analyze a property on its own merits.

For a final walk through, I am debating the merits of:1.

Feel like if he submits to collections it's just part of his process (or emotions) and has no merit. 

If you can prove the claim is frivolous (e.g. without any merit) generally the lawyer is subject to sanctions, costs and possibly discipline by the state bar. 

Most people on BP would rather argue the merits of their brilliance in investing in the Stock Market rather than consider the broader economy and the tsunami that is on it's way.

Both have their merits.

All of the trades have their merits, it really comes down to what you want to do and how you want to do it.

So I did what any good friend would do I regaled him with the highs and lows of real estate we debated the merits of real estate versus owning other businesses such as restaurants or auto shops etc.
