Any feedback wood (pun intended) be appreciated!

I'm his "retirement plan" and hes my "Get-er-fixed guy" (No pun intended) But then again, anyone who has 20+ years and is willing to jack your house for a bargain puts them to best friend status quickly

Probably the most challenging item is not so much the money as the changing regulatory environment (no pun intended).

Looking for advice/ideas/inspiration on how to get out (no pun intended)

Hi AaronI understand a rental has its own set of tax advantages as well, except they will accrue to me along the way (but spank me a bit on the end, *no pun intended*).Regarding the basic math, say I invest $100 per month each for this year, $120 per month throughout next year, $140 per month the year after, and so on for 15 years. 

The pot train is rolling now, and within 5-8 years many more states will have some form of legalized recreational marijuana, and the buzz (no pun intended) is going to subside.  

I'm trying to come up with something funny, maybe a big pun.  

It's not something I knew about, and I suspect most people are not aware of it until they get burned (no pun intended). 

-- I've shunned social media personally for so long but bigger pockets (pun intended) makes it worthwhile - and so convenient:)  Here's to more ROI and less 9-5!
