I'm in the Denver, CO market, since I don't really know better right now, I've been looking in the most mainstream places online to get a good idea of properties in the state.

I wish this information was more mainstream, but seeing as it would seriously harm the existence of realtors, I can see why there's very little known about it.

My offer was accepted just prior to the COVID-19 scare (at least mainstream) and I've already seen more competitive SFR deals pop up on zillow.

Maybe someday far in the future we will see buses and 18 wheelers without drivers, but it won't be happening anytime soon, if ever.Once self driving cars become mainstream and most people have them...which will probably be another decade past when they can first be purchased...I'll be curious to see if traffic accidents go down significantly. 

Most of the Main stream news was saying it was "a bad time" to invest in real estate in the early 2010s, when in reality, that was one of the best times in the last 100 years to be a net buyer of real estate.

I quoted mainstream ones but they charge way to much.
