Even then some have already loosened up when the government finally started buying mortgages again.I also just spoke to a contracting business and an auto body shop and they are swamped, which I've heard from other business owners as well...again in my area.

during the "boom" times but COVID has loosened everything up and now 5% can be had in Manhattan, 6%-7% in Brooklyn and even 8% in the Bronx.

I would take a dry wall screw and screw it snug in front of the top corner bracket to keep it from sliding and misaligning the doors if the clamp ever loosened which can cause other damage to the door.Hope this helps.

There are talks that there will be a push to loosen restrictions some with some changes in the Zoning Code to make it easier to add ADUs and do conversions, but we'll see if that works...

Mike,Correct me if I'm wrong, but with that plank you have disconnect all the way to the nearest wall, whereas glue down you can just take up the one plank (use heat gun to loosen adhesive) and replace it.
