I´ve read books, listened to a lot of podcasts but would love to actually start investing.

I've been listening to BiggerPockets for about six months and recently got the Pro membership.

Sit down and meet with the PM company and LISTEN to their side of the story.I would say that being out $10k is probably on the low side for most full blown evictions where the unit was "trashed".

Will definitely listen to that Podcast, I'm devouring them lately but this one sounds like it will be right up my alley.
