One is Madison and they charge $20 a month with Internet access and the other is Allied Servicing which charges $18.50 a month with no internet servicing.

I have 50+ units and have spent countless hours messing w appfolio, tenant cloud, etc etc especially to train assistant when havent had under control myself.all the while,I have been an excel whizz from my acctg days!

Second, I pay for all utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Yard Maintenance, Internet, etc.) and have it included in the rent price.

All have train access (Carteret has a ferry) and you can be in Manhattan in 45min on public transit.

Training, do 5 to 10 deal analyses for practice, read a lot on this forum.  

If you are the owner of a company and have a deal going bad, your role should be to be communicating to investors not selling some training program or selling your other deals.

Didn't say to NOT go with them.You can do her trainings anytime, anywhere.
