The Augusta market is heating up and it's a great time to start investing and continue to grow.

All channels can work, but in my experience, the greatest oppportunities often pop up when you know exactly what your returns need to look like and keep your ear to the ground in your market.

This is more common in today's market and often allows the seller to get a higher sale price than if you were to go through a bank/SBA loan.

Few agents in the market understand seller finance and the many ways it can be structured, and few will sometimes promote it, but the rest are just risk averse.

What markets are you looking at?
