You could learn a lot from them still, just try to understand why they advise the things they do and understand that what works for them in their local market may or may not be applicable to you in yours.Finally, in addition to a bunch of really great folks, unfortunately, there are also a bunch of sharks here on BP and in RE in general telling newbies what they want to hear and preying on their inexperience, so always be on the lookout for their true motives and watch yourself.
