I personally hate when wholesalers play this game and send out daisy chain properties.Wholesalers in my area do this all the time and send out each others deals, etc.I won't even work with them if they aren't in direct control of the deal with the seller.

It would be great to see the survey as it would answer many questions.It's possible the neighbor is using the land in question pursuant to an agreement with a prior owner in the chain that is binding upon you. 

It appears they’re trying to stomp out STR owners and investors in favor of the huge hotel chains.

More work needed to be done on the exterior so after painting the house, I wanted to replace the current chain link fence.

They also have property management that I think is good and manages both my rental properties in the area (one fourplex, one SFH).I've had favorable impressions of the property management teams at Gold Medal and Blessed Properties in the area for two others to interview.

Curious: who has sold you on the idea that land flipping is the easiest way to get your pot of gold?

Im unsure of the NY laws as I'm in Missouri, but from my personal and professional experience a good property manager is worth their weight in gold.

For it to count as an appointment you or someone from your company must have seen the seller's house in person, and you must be buying direct from the seller, not daisy chaining.
