It looked like the property was seized and taken (also in description when it got listed at sheriff sale) and had maintenance company's information posted at front door.I did some research and i found out that owner purchased it in 2014 and had it on rent in 2014 ...

@Jim Welch I just check the property out if you are getting feedback on the W/D hookup being in the kitchen then I would take that comment out of the property description.
