Hi everyone, One of my units has been vacant for 6 weeks now and I want to try to lower the credit score requirement to see if I get more traction.  

You presented a perspective I had completely overlooked.Would you still recommend negotiating a lower purchase price vs cashier's check on closing given that we're in a higher income tax bracket and thus capital gains tax could come into play in the future? 

As everyone else said, if you aren't getting traction, it's either priced too high or you have terrible photos and description.
