I live in the northeast and it does have freeze damage to the pipes so there is no way I can see them getting even close to the ARV for this place.

Since it is winterized, I am concerned about the plumber coming out, turning the water on, and the pipes freezing during that couple of nights until the gas company turns on the furnace.

Just pour some water in them,,or better yet in a vacant house pour veg oil in them,,,it does not dry out like water and does not freeze if you have a heat malfunction

Furthermore, hell would freeze over before I would give a tenant a copy of anything relating to my mortgage or any other financial info!!!
