How soon is too soon to look for agents on these forums to establish a relationship for something that is going to happen in reality closer to 2022? 

MLS access and control of information is a contentious issue for agents and consumers, Zillow and the like are dominating the market with this data making it harder for agents in the ensuing years, heck harder for everyone.Better question to ask is what information are you looking for?

I'm a bit confused as to how they expect agents to be compensated since they have removed the ability for agents to charge a broker's fee through the landlord via the tenant.

From the experience I have as a wholesaler I've discussed the % of the deal that my investors look for but what I find is that they're always in search of that unicorn 50%, 60%, or even 70% deal these days when there are so many low hanging fruit ~75% deals that can still bring a really great chunk of change on the back end.

Attempts to get a hold of the buyers haven't been fruitful.

Need to know what’s the best CRM that both Agents and Investors can use.

I’m a real estate agent and Investor. What is the best CRM for both. Please share your thoughts.

Agent B probably works for Agent A who is a broker.

All the easy fruit is gone and I do piss on myself because every property I bought and fixed up is worth millions today, should of kept one.
