I stay in STRs all the time and I've been staying in them since the 90's (back when you had to take your trash home with you when you left) and if I had to list my top 5 worst lodging experiences they would all be hotel experiences.This reminds me of the referee strike in the NFL years ago when the optics convinced everyone that we desperately needed those particular refs back and everyone forgot that all they did all year long during football season was complain about how awful those particular guys are.

Found the deal through a good friend, fellow middle school sports coach (my son's track coach) and one of my football player's dad.

Families come visit college students and go to ASU football games so having a property in that area would be more beneficial as it's also close to the aforementioned entertainment complex, as well as Tempe Town Lake. 

I also sometimes play semi-pro football, and enjoy snowboarding, and hiking. 

.- Instead of watching a football game, maybe taking the kids fishing, or going to hike a mountain, etc.

I moved to Sioux Falls from South Florida to continue my Football career 2 years ago. 

.* Navy sporting events, especially the football games hosted at the Navy stadium in Homewood-Germantown.

That's like trying to predict the outcome of a football game based on the first quarter score.

Indiana also has two of the biggest professional sports in their city with basketball and football teams.
