I had a similar situation a few years ago, but it was a move across town. 

It is a 4-bedroom single-family house situated just .33 miles from the ocean.

Once pre-approved, gather your financial documents like pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.

Depending on where the property is situated and the "local market conditions" I have them rented out as either long term, mid-term or short term.
