I must not be getting the right feed from YouTube.

I think you just have to ask yourself if you want someone half-a$$ing your loan by going around their normal channels.

That's when I started researching other methods and ran into the BiggerPockets YouTube channel and binge-watched a lot of videMy primary residence I bought with a VA loan and seller concession and was hoping to do the same for the multi-family property, but it's not looking likely.  

My dream is once I am paid, the money hits my 401k, gets matched, and then feeds into my SDIRA. 

It's one of those markets where deep pockets win over investment savvy, unless you can carve out your own wholesale channel and get a deal per month to come your way on your own.I work on scaling strategies for my clients all the time.

Yea I am a account manager in commercial HVAC industry so I realize how abstract a question it is but I really appreciate the ball park of your experience and the feed back!
