My mother died in March and I up and left Harrisburg PA to help my father.

I work with my father at a Land Development company, I manage various rental properties, I do land planning, and I do a long list of other stuff from permiting to web design to taking the trash out every once in a while.

My father and his partner rehab 6-7 single family units a month and own a construction company and I get to see the not so glam side of things.

I too am from your are and have moved to Utah where buying and selling land is the best money maker, my husband and father in law are developers and investors.

At that point a new resolution will be in place to strike out that clause or at least revise it since it clearly favors the old owners, which will hopefully be a minority at this point.Also,My plan was always a 3 year plan to either sell or rent out completely and move on to a new unit.I don't know if everyone here believe in doing everything by the book but I plan on having a roommate that is someone other than my spouse, ex-spouse, father, mother, sibling, grand father, or grandchild ---- as restricted by the rules and regs of the condo handbook.

There father owns Montelango construction, so they are able to get cheap labor and materials for there homes.
