If you are planning on getting into the rental game vs. a fix and flip type enterprise, it's more like a marriage.    

We rented our vehicles several months ago from the Larry Miller Enterprise Dealership. 

I currently work for Enterprise Truck Rental as an Assistant Manager, earning a target income of $58,000 (likely a tad more with bonus incentives and higher-than-normal commissions due to the fast growth of the division).

All of these updates are meant to bring enterprise-grade infrastructure to a vast community of individual hosts.

I have only seen this work when the owner of the park also does all of the work and has a "crew" which is apart of their broader enterprise.  

I have been in the cold-calling game for three+ years now for SaaS Enterprise companies (see Linkedin experience) and am very comfortable on the phone.

rentals is just a small business and sometimes people grow their small business into a large business.the same can be done with any number of small business enterprises and many are ( at least cash flow wise) much better than rentals .  

I would like to purchase a derelict gas station or something similar in a good location to launch an auto detailing enterprise in the city of Gainesville.

I used a trust, I had a buyer waiting in hand who was all cash, I used my POF (proof of funds) from my business account - Barnard Enterprises, Inc., and I named myself the Trustee of the trust.
