I look at the ease of re-keying (takes about 10 seconds to re-key one lock) and that has far outweighed the issues I've had which one was my fault and the other was that the lock would just spin and not lock/unlock.

Add to this the low barriers of entry for newbie wholesalers, the ease of direct marketing, it is exponentially harder to find good deals because of the competition.Now if this were a few years back, and property values were 40% of current value and foreclosures were popping up all over the place, then I would have more trust in wholesalers as there are many more deals to be had and "only" making 5K on a deal isn't so bad when you are making 20+ deals a month.
