We have lots of UHETs deployed and the only instances where we've had any issues is with old cast-iron sewer lines which are very deteriorated and rough on the inner surface.If you have newer, properly sized and graded ABS lines you should have no issues.

And for the privilege of paying some of the highest property tax rates in the country (we had 5 or 7 counties in the top 10 in the USA, last I checked) we have some of the worst schools in the state, no new 'real' businesses, deteriorating roads, and receive no services (garbage, recycling, etc.) in return.

It was deteriorating and neither had intentions on coming back to state...both elderly, paid for work that never got done and difficult for sis to let go..But I sent her pics of rehab, invited neighbor to look at finish...Well Pleased and Continued Thanks!!

In Oklahoma termites and structural damage is not a matter of if but when and sometimes my clients from out of state aren't aware of that.....also deteriorating ductwork if in the slab (70's-80's) is very common because of the moisture and it is expensive to coat the plenum/replace boots....even more so to run it over head.
