People can recommend a REIA, but you really will not know if a certain REIA is a good fit, for you, until you attend a meeting, to get a vibe for how dedicated a REIA is to REI as well as both the quality and knowledge level, of the attendees.

I received a rather slick mailer today on attending their bootcamp for only $19.95, however from everything I've read the ones that will be getting rich will be those putting on the bootcamp, rather than the attendees who are being asked to fork over money for all the add on information and "assistance".

I'm a member of many local REIA meetings and aside from most of the seasoned folks not caring much for lawyers.If you want resources about lending, ask lenders, not hostile attendees at a real estate club.
