Best idea is to find something else to do, like help someone with a bigger problem and forget yours for now.The issue remains that in order to acquire title, you must either obtain an interest of an heir and perfect with probate or obtain a court order asserting a different claim and perfect that claim.

I assert it's a lot of money since I pay about $38 a month for my mls every month anyway.I am not so sure if I will keep paying $150 a month for long time unless I get some benefit out of it.Just wanted to share a little about me as well.
